At Shop Geocaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your geocaching tools, containers, or apparel are unused, in original packaging, and within the 30-day return window.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Package Securely
Safely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
