What is your return policy for geocaching gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved trackables and digital products are non-refundable.
How do I activate my new trackable tag or coin?
Each trackable comes with a unique tracking code. You can activate it by visiting the 'Play' menu on Geocaching.com and selecting 'Trackables' to enter your code and activation secret.
Do you offer bulk discounts for event organizers?
Yes, we provide special pricing for large orders of containers, SWAG, or event trackables. Please contact our support team with your event details for a custom quote.
Are your geocache containers waterproof?
Most of our containers, such as our premium ammo cans and bison tubes, are designed with O-rings or seals to be weather-resistant. We recommend checking the product description for specific waterproof ratings.
